The benefits of planning ahead.

As we all know waiting last minute brings nothing but a headache and spending way more cash than necessary. I always encourage all my clients to plan ahead. don't wait till 3 days or event a month before the event to start getting things together.

For example, I know lots of vendors especially for weddings offers early bird specials, whereby if you book early you save anyway for 10% to 20%, its sounds insignificant but h-e-l-l-o the numbers adds up, that percentage can easily mean couples hundreds if not thousands. I another common thing I practice is to allow all my clients to do installment payment.

I always laugh with my clients, how fascinate there are when the events are all paid up months or even weeks before the actual day. I could go on and on about tons of benefits in booking and planning your events early. But instead, I will rest my fingers and just list them.
