Do I need to say more, yes! The most important tip from my top ten is to be organize. To plan a perfect party you need to have every detail plan and accounted for.
Here are a few important things to factor into your planning process
Venue- where the party is going to be held.
Is your space functional, can’t accommodate the amount of guest you intent to invite. Make sure the location is easily accessible for your guest who are using public transport or for the drinkers, if you serving alcohol, their might want to leave there cars at home, with the intention of drinking and having a fun time.
Theme or celebration- what are you celebrating, whether it’s a kids birthday or 50th anniversary, every party has a theme. Pick your theme; make sense to what you celebrating. A date, decide on a date, choose one that you know it convenient for your guest to attend your party. Most people don’t like parting when there is work the next day, and is more likely to attend some sort of function on a weekend.
Last but not least.
Budgets!
From experience nobody has a budget. The truth is we all have a budget; we just want to keep it a secret.( Laugh) I always say to myself, of course, my budget is spending less get more not sacrificing quality.
Quality is a very important word in the world of Event Design. Getting great quality stuff does not mean you have to pay an arm and a leg, but if you are a strategic planner, which you going to be if you keep reading my blogs, you will learn peak times to buy or create quality stuff for a fraction of its original price.
I know my little tips will help you. I suggest getting an organizing binder and keeping everything together.
