Heel training for your wedding day
So you not use to wearing high heels but your wedding day is soon approaching and of course you want to look f-a-b-u-l-o-u-s. What better way to look 5bls slimmer, than to slap on a pair of 5 inch stilettos?
The problem is you can’t walk in high heels. Put your stress to bed, brides-to-be all over the world are getting training for their big day.
Making the sacrifices for your big day is so worth it. I mean taller appearance, slimmer physique; what’s there to lose! It’s a well know fact that wearing high heels create an illusion of sleeker, longer, well-shaped legs and your backside projects outwards, while your chest press forward making your waistline appear smaller. And like we all know, all brides want to look the very best on her wedding day.
Tips on training to walk in high heels
1: Start practicing months before your wedding day. Do not wait two weeks before your wedding day to start practicing. It’s very important to work your way up to the inches you desire. So for example; start off with pumps, about an inches and a half off the ground and practice for about 3 weeks.
2: Get a full body mirror and watch yourself as you practice. It’s important to see your movements, that way you can alter as you go.
3: Watch the models. Who else can give you a better lesson than the pros, themselves? Watching a few fashion shows can only enhance your ability to confidently walk like the fabulous bride you are, on your wedding day.
4: Mastering the art of balancing. One foot in front the other, letting your hip sway to the tune you desire. Placing a straight line in front of that mirror and practice getting that well rounded pin up body balance.
5: The most common one. Practice, practice practice. We hear this over and over, practice makes perfect. So don’t be a stranger to Mr. Repetition and say Hello to “I will stay committed to practicing for my wedding day”.
With these great tips I am quite certain that once implemented you will be very ready for your wedding day.
I did not make a video, but I found this awesome video that I love and really explain the whole essence of the blog. This video is by one of my favorite Fashion Blogger Moanalani's. You can also follow her, she has lots of tips.
